CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND NOTICE REGARDING ARTICLE 13 GDPR

I agree that Lagermax Lagerhaus und Speditions AG, Radingerstraße 16, 5020 Salzburg/Austria, may process my title, name, e-mail address and date of birth for the purpose of carrying out and processing the competition and accept the conditions of participation including the data protection declaration by participating in the competition.

Notice pursuant to Article 13 GDPR

You acknowledge that Lagermax Lagerhaus und Speditions AG, Radingerstraße 16, 5020 Salzburg/Austria, processes the following data for the purpose of carrying out and processing competitions:

• Salutation (gender)
• First and last name
• E-mail address
• Date of birth

The data you provide will be transmitted exclusively for the purpose of processing the competition (cf. data protection information). Your data will be deleted immediately after the end of the competition unless there are legal or product-related retention obligations or retention rights. Your data will not be used for any other purpose.

The legal basis for the processing steps in the implementation and handling of competitions is the contract concluded between you and Lagermax Lagerhaus und Speditions AG in accordance with Art 6 para 1 lit b GDPR. If the required data is not provided, the participation in the prize draw is not possible.

Conditions of participation
The competition is organised and run by Lagermax Lagerhaus und Speditions AG in cooperation with various partners. The personal data such as name, e-mail address etc. of the winner are available to our service providers for contacting and processing the competition but will not be published or passed on. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.

Persons over 18 years of age are eligible to participate. All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are not eligible to participate.
 

Procedure
The competition will take place simultaneously on Instagram and Facebook. One winner per channel will be drawn from all participants. Participation in the competition is possible until 18.12.2022, 24:00. The closing date is therefore 18.12.2022, midnight. Anyone who follows the Facebook page/Instagram profile of Lagermax Group by midnight on 18.12.2022, tags the corresponding competition post (Facebook or Instagram) with "Like" and comments, qualifies for the prize draw. The winners will then be drawn at random.

Settlement of the prize draw

It is not possible to settle the prize in cash or other material assets or to transfer it to other persons. The winners may waive their right to the prize.

The winners will be notified of the prize promptly by direct message or via a tag on the relevant network. Winners must then submit their full name and email address. The prizes (as stated on Facebook and Instagram) will then be sent by email after confirmation of the winners' email address.

If a participant does not confirm acceptance of the prize in writing via the Lagermax Group social media profiles on Facebook or Instagram or to the email address socialmedia@lagermax.com within 5 (five) working days of receipt of the prize notification, another winner will be drawn.

If an e-mail address provided is incorrect or invalid, Lagermax Lagerhaus und Speditions AG or its service providers are not obliged to find out the correct e-mail address. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details will be borne by the participants.

Exclusion of warranty

The organiser points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. Entries may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without giving rise to any claims by participants against the organiser. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to cases in which, for technical reasons, e.g. infection of the computer system with viruses, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software, or for legal reasons, proper implementation of the competition is made more difficult, affected or impossible. Entries made by other means (e.g. by post) cannot be considered.

Lagermax Lagerhaus und Speditions AG accepts no liability for lost chances of winning.

Information

All enquiries and notices regarding the competition are to be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address socialmedia@lagermax.com. Each participant is entitled to revoke his/her participation in the competition by e-mail at any time and to request information in writing about his/her personal data stored by us and any recipients.

Lagermax Lagerhaus und Speditions AG reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions of participation at any time without stating reasons, insofar as this is necessary in the interest of simple and secure processing and to prevent abuse or for other reasons.

Legal recourse is excluded. Austrian law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the conflict-of-law rules.
